As of April 1st 2021, the Telecommunication bodies in Australia will be implementing regulatory changes to reduce scam calls. In line with these regulations we are required to make some minor changes to our routing scripts within our platform. These changes have already been successfully tested in the live environment. The changes are transparent to our customers and will take effect at 11pm AEDT 31 March 2021. If you experience any service issues, please contact our Support Team in the normal way.
