This issue has been resolved. We are now working to generate a full root cause analysis which will be shared in the form of an Incident Report with affected customers.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring. In order for the fix to take effect on the affected Dashboard, please have the agents who are impacted by this to re-log on the ContactPad.

We have identified the problem with Dashboards for a subset of NAM accounts. We are now progressing to recover service.

This incident affected: NAM - Richmond (VCC Platform Supervisor & Admin, Statistics / Reporting) and NAM - Portland (VCC Platform Supervisor & Admin, Statistics / Reporting).
